A little about me...
Since I have experienced hormonal fluctuations at different stages in my life I understand the challenges and the discomfort - That feeling where you need to push through even though your body is telling you to rest.
I struggled with stage four Endometriosis in my early twenties, and later found myself navigating the changes that come with perimenopause and menopause.
My journey of self-healing through Endometriosis has taught me the power of holistic healing at a time when I was left with little hope.
It is with gratitude to my amazing mum who at the time inspired, supported and encouraged me as I took those first steps. I was able to transform my health through extensive research, and dietary and lifestyle changes.
As a coach I provide a supportive role to clients each step of the way, helping them achieve sustainable success and healing.
